With TrueHDR, you can get the best of bright and dark areas and merge them into a single realistic-looking picture that is much closer to what your eyes originally saw.

Pros and cons of True HDR app for iPhone and iPad

True HDR app good for

I spent quite a bit of time photographing the tropical forest of South India. Crazy vegetation with lots of contrast. Impossible to get any depth without HDR. App works fine. Does what it is supposed to do.
Stunning pictures app! It takes two photos - background and foreground - and then merges them to produce an amazing result. One step closer to reality.
Im impressed with the results and how easy it is to work with. I have a 3Gs, and didnt experience any crash. Performance is good too on the merging pictures phase.
I was looking for a good HDR program. To HDR was the one that took the best most clear pictures Among all. Its a bit tricky because you have to hold the camera still but its worth the effort. Pictures are way more clear than iPhones camera program an some others Ive tried.
Looking for an app to help me with my first steps in HDR photography, I stumbled over this one. Real easy to use, good results even without much adjustment.
This is a great app and Ive had some amazing results. It would great to have full resolution support in the future, so the pictures could be used for more than publishing online. Also, it will crash periodically. Otherwise, its great, and I look forward to future updates.

Some bad moments

Often fails to align details properly. And when I say details, I should rather say big chunks of the pic... Beaten by Apples implementation.
Terrible ghosting and works only with access to location services
I tried it twice and was impressed. And then nothing... On the opening screen, I can not push the button anymore... Shaded in grey... Too bad...
Might be good for people with a tripod, but impossible by hand. You have to hold still for a LONG time... It takes 3 pics, with a count, click, shutter, and delay between each - and this is for the same image! Might be great for rocks and tripods, but not for holding and snapping anything alive and moving! I want my money back.
Crashes often; every other try results in an app shutdown. Crashed 3 times within 10 minutes of use. Running on 3GS with latest 4.2.1 - I dont have this problem with other photo apps - this one is not stable and featureless in comparison. Not worth it Im afraid.
Cant get to first base. When I try to access camera roll, immediately crashes
